The Historic Residence

is a Georgian Revival style house. Beautifully crafted cherry woodwork and decorative painting are featured throughout the house. The downstairs offers a remodeled kitchen, full dining room, living room, master bedroom and bath, plus a small study and screen porch. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a sitting room. The house can accomodate up to 12 overnight guests. The Anderson Residence is available from November - April and is the ideal setting for family gatherings, receptions, holiday parties, and weekend retreats.

The Anderson Residence is the perfect place for artists, writers, or anyone looking for silence. For more information, prices, or to reserve a room, please call or email the Center.

Main Gallery and Cafe (Weekday business groups only)Cafe

With a wall of windows, the Main Gallery is a lovely space for weekday business meetings and retreats. The spacious gallery can accommodate up to 50 - 75 people, depending on the requested arrangement. The Cafe may be used for business meetings or used in conjunction with the Main Gallery to accommodate large business groups. A state of the art commercial kitchen is connected to the Café.

(November - April only)

For events: $125 half day, $200 full day
(limit of 75 people)
Overnight: $70 per room, $400 whole house
Artist Rate: $50 per night, $300 per week, $800 per month

Limit of 12 overnight guests

Up to half of rental charge may be required to guarantee reservation. All prices are subject to change without notice. Please call for current rates and availability.

Tableware (for up to 90 people) and linens are available for an additional charge. A list of caterers is available upon request.
